Warranty

W3GEAR warrants their products & accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year dependent on product models. Please refer to your warranty card or on our web product page for actual time frame. If the product is found to be defective within that time, W3GEAR will repair or replace your the item.

This warranty commences on the date of delivery of the product to the Original Purchaser. During this period, W3GEAR will repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to the customer.

The customer must send the defective product back to us, and the customer shall be responsible for any shipping/transportation cost.

This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, cracks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of W3GEAR; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of W3GEAR. In addition, W3GEAR reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, you must present both the original sales receipt and the limited warranty statement (proof of warrant coverage) issued at the place of purchase.
