HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add the product(s) to your shopping cart, and enter your
contact details, delivery information, and preferred payment
method. Upon submission of the order, you will receive an email
notification confirming your order.
You will then receive a separate email from our sales teams for
the confirmation on the delivery schedule within 48 hours upon
submission of your order.
DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we do. You will need to talk to our sales representative
who will discuss the details of your specific ordering
requirements.

CAN I ORDER THE PRODUCTS OFFLINE?
We prefer our customers to order through our website to
facilitate the ordering process.
However, if you wish to order the products in other ways, you

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We currently accept Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer as payment methods.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
The default currency is (SGD) Singapore dollar.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, but the credit card payment will be done on the secured
Paypal website, offering a secure online transaction without
disclosing your credit card details to us.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS AVAILABLE?
All orders must be paid full prior to shipment.
IS THERE ANY TAX APPLICABLE?
No tax (GST) is applicable.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will be receiving a confirmation on delivery schedule with
48 hours upon submission of your order. All in-stock orders will
be delivered within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of
delivery schedule.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Delivery service is only available for Singapore addresses.
Currently we are not delivering to overseas country.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY COVERED FOR THE PRODUCT?
W3GEAR offer a 1-Year limited warranty against manufacturing
defects (workmanship or material) under normal use and service.
This warranty commences on the date of delivery of the product
to the Original Purchaser. During this period, W3GEAR will
repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to
the customer.
The customer must send the defective product back to us, and
the customer shall be responsible for any
shipping/transportation cost.
This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as
scratches, cracks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as
batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in
materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident,
abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or
external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by
anyone who is not an authorized service provider of W3GEAR; or
(v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered
without the written permission of W3GEAR. In addition, W3GEAR
reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or
services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the
laws of any country.
